As we know from the specification, the Realme 6i made a big jump from the previous version Realme 5i, which was announced in January, who had an amazing filling for the price which we all were waiting.
Now it has better chip set, much bigger storage, improvement of charging — fast option, beautiful backside and new selfie cameras.
Actually you get a new cheap gaming processor 12 nm Helio G80 with 8 cores(first smartphone which got this processor). With that it comes with 4 gigabytes RAM, upgradable until 128 gigabytes storage, quick charging support 18W USB-C, 48 megapixels, special focus option, and 16 megapixels for the front camera.

Realme 6i lies in TPU translucent flexible case, you can also find some specifications and guides, and instrument to insert SIM card. The great thing — you do not need to buy screen protection, you have it in the base. On top of that 18-watt charging device and USB-C to USB-A cable. Sadly you can’t find defense case inside and no earphones as usual for this company, buy it at another time.
Looking at design and everything
The Realme 6i comes with backside made of poly carbonate and it gives some amount of water protection, it’s not 100% information, but company say so.
On the front side simple glass with level 3 defense against different types of damage, as we said before, on it installed screen protection. Our personal problem, sometimes on the side there are scratches, after using, so we did not use this screen protector.
The beautiful thing is design, its real pleasure understand that you can get that pretty smartphone for this price, thanks for popular designers from Japan. Really amazing paint on the backside, it’s completely unique, you can show up with it near your friends, another variants of backside — green and white.
Also, there are four cameras and finger scanner technology. Realme 6i got huge 20;9 6,5-inch 2,5D curved display and upgraded selfie camera on the front. Upstairs there are small speakers. On the downside single speaker, charging port USB-C, double microphones, and 3,5 mm slot for earphones. That’s the first phone in the company with USB-C.
On one side you can see places for micro SD cards and port for SIM card, simple volume control buttons, on other side on/off button.
This Realme 6i feels pretty big in hands, 164,4 x 75,6 x 9,0 mm. But it is smaller than the previous version, although they have the same charging abilities — 5.000 mAh. Weights 195.1 grams. Really well constructed for this price.
In our variant it has 4 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes storage, as we know from leaks smartphone could cost around only 150 USD, amazing price for this segment of phones, with this specification, good choice to play games, make photos and all other things, there are not a lot of phones which have four cameras and quick charging.
